Your session can be booked in singles or blocks, with package deals offering discount incentives when paid upfront.

Single session costs

Duration

Your treatment will take between twenty to thirty minutes per session depending on the area and treatment performed.

Booking intervals are 45 minutes between time-slots with allowances made for clients running slightly late.

If you find yourself late for a session – in all fairness to other clients, we cannot allow your session to run over your scheduled time.  As such your treatment time may be reduced in this regard.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations up to two hours before your appointment.  Cancellations can be done via SMS or phone.  Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment may be charged for.

We will exercise our discretion in this regard based on the circumstances of your cancellation.

No-Shows

No-shows have a financial impact on our business and affect time-slots for other paying clients – especially during peak times.

Should you decide to not ‘show up’ for your appointment, further bookings will be postponed until the ‘no-show’ session has been paid for in full.

You will also be required to pay for all future sessions upfront.  Appointments will only be confirmed once payment has been received in full.

We cannot guarantee availability of your required time-slots should there be a delay in receiving your proof of payment.
